Sell the Globe Story, Buy the stock

Sell the Globe Story, Buy the stock     Saw the Globe writer's "downgrade" based on the company's being "highly levered" to the price of copper and the CAD.  THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT THE STOCK!

You think they're higly levered? Check out Freeport MacMoran's balance sheet; their share price seems to be doing just fine, thank you.

Having cheap debt in a time of rising prices means the share price will be volatile; that's as far as I agree with the Globe's story.  BUT if copper does rise -- and everything I see points to that happening -- the shares should outperform and the leverage will potentially be "rocket fuel."  That's part of why FMC has done so well (share pricewise.)

My biggest gains have come from "highly levered" companies in the past.  The trick is being in the RIGHT one.  So for my money, I'm sticking with CMMC and adding to my position.
