I have to say it's going to be fascinating to see what they say during the ER. This trash has bounced off 1.50 three times last year. How exactly could 2017 be any worse with the Orga costs behind them? Yes I realize the new share structure isn't the greatest but that should have already been baked into the share price as it was a known quanity.
