Just to clarify for you... Management on the pump and dump penny stocks haven't failed in the sense they pay themselves very well for doing very little, its the investors who have failed. And the pump and dump crew like bigbird and jimrockford probably scrape out a living by lying and pumping then dumping their shares for a couple pennies as retail investers get sucked into the scam. A quick peek at the history of the company and the management and who is pumping the play will tell you what you most of what you need to know.
