These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

Lot's of speculation on this board today

Lot's of speculation on this board todaybut everyone might as well wait for an announcement regarding an offer if one is even forthcoming. The management of both HBC and Macy's probably want the weekend to sort out the details before making a press release.
