These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

Amen! I was watching from the side after I sold-out, but this deal is pure stupidity. Why saddle the company with enormous amount of debt? The US market is saturated and more retailers are downsizing yet HBC is doubling down? Like I said in my earlier post.... invest in your e-commerce business and drive down cost. I'm officially staying on the sideline because there are other investments that are better.
