RE:RE:Realistic price and time-frame ...If you historically look at ECS and Formation Metals (and Formation Capital) since 2000, you will see that it has averaged 2.50 cents (after the 7/1 R/S, or about .40 cents before it).    Since we are not at only .90 cents (about 36% of the value) for most of the time between 2000 and 2012.  What has changed since then is we are now not selling Cobalt, but Colbat Sulphate with a $2.00 premium.  Further, we are in the midst of an extended boom which will last through 2020.  I was always told that $2.00 was the target before the R/S (or $14 afterword). If that holds true, and we have a $2.00 premium, and we are in the middle of a boom....  you are getting your money back.  Unless something crazy happens like another Great Recession,  6.00 is in 16 months, and 12 is 2.5-3 years.  And that is being very cautious IMHO based on everything I've said.
