If you historically look at ECS and Formation Metals (and Formation Capital) since 2000, you will see it averaged 2.50 cents after the R/S. Since we are now at .90 cents (about 36% of $2.50), I believe we are very undervalued. However, what has changed since then? Well, we are selling Cobalt Sulphate instead of Cobalt, which has a $2.00 premium. Further, we are in the midst of an extended Cobalt boom. I was always told that $2.00 was the target *before* the R/S or a 5x1 return on the .40 cents (before R/S), which would be $14 now. If that held true, you are getting your money back. Unless something crazy happens like another Great Recession, $6.00 easily in 12-16 months, and $12 in 2-3 years. The upside would be $20.
