RE:Trump Securities for sirhumptydumpty

RE:Trump Securities for sirhumptydumptyWOW, you guys are dumb! This was NOT a private placement. A private placement is issuing shares to investors. This was a debenture. Debentures can be done vie public offering or privately placed. This debenture was privatly placed. It is a LOAN and NO SHARES have been issued. There is an option for them to issue shares if the debenture holder wants to convert.

So again, this was NOT a private placement. This was a debenture financing. There is a big difference between the two and some posters here just can't understand the difference between a loan and a stock issue!
