RE:RE:Macy's more likely to buy Hbc IMO

RE:RE:Macy's more likely to buy Hbc IMOThank you. I wanted to add, it's also inconceivable that macy's would move to the TSX. HBC has never been fully valued because it's listed on the tsx and not NYSE. Therefore aside from the other things I've outlined in the previous post lead me to believe Hbc will be moved south. The days of tax inversion are over, and I believe the opposite will happen. we will see companies such as Hbc become US companies.

as far as value, One need not look further than the difference between assets and liabilities on all companies in this sector. Hbc is the most undervalued of them all.

so much could be accomplished if Macy's bought HBC, or they amalgamated, it would solve so many issues for both companies and this giant could lead the sector, and even be a fearce competition to Tjx company.

again, aside from all the other efficiencies and savings, for approx 3 billion USD (20-26$ cdn share price)look at what Macy's gets. some of the highest valued retail real estate in the world, GILT group which HBC payed 250 million USD for a year ago and an business that brings in 15 billion a year in revenue.

I would also expect that the inconsistent decrease in Hbc share price in relation to all others in the sector is directly to do with what we have been made aware of today.

This stock has been driven down so it can be bought, in my humble opinion. I also think the management may have talked down the companies currency for this purpose, in the same way central banks talk up or talk down their currencies.

remeber, only about 20% of the 180 million shares outstanding are being traded, as management and Ontario teachers pension plan etc have the other 80% locked up- if I may use that term.

again all my opinion, pls do not buy or sell based on what I'm saying.
