RE:RE:RE:Trump Securities for sirhumptydumpty
You are the one with issues! We already hashed out that this was a loan and not a PP. You agree with me that you were wrong earlier in the day. Then many hours later you post the same news release and address is directly to me. Why? Clearly you wanted a reply and now that you got one you are angry about it. If you don’t want a reply then don’t specifically call me out.

You claim that I have some personal grudge against Farshad which is a farce. I don’t know the man. I don’t agree with some of his tactics and trust me, I am not the only one. When I don’t agree with something I post it. That is my right. Don’t like it? Too bad for you! While I don’t like everything that he does it is you who who thinks that he is a criminal. You just posted that he gave EVERYTHING to this new investor so that he could make and informed decision. What is EVERYTHING? Are you really suggesting that Farshad gave this guy material information that has not been released to shareholders? That is illegal and it is you who said it – not me!

You also suggest we would not be at this price if we had nothing. Newsflash... the stock is 14 cents. We have nothing! That 14 cents is speculation. The company is far from a 43-101 resource estimate and has a massive amount of drilling left. So we have nothing yet. I think that there is good potential for a minable deposit but that does not mean there will be a huge payday for shareholders. These low grade bulk tonnages are costly to explore, costly to mine, costly to develop and all of those costs leave less for shareholders.

So you need to stop your personal attacks and stop this little fantasy that you have where I am the big bad wolf out to get Farshad. I discuss the facts. When you don’t like the facts or you want to hide the facts then it is clear that they do not fit with your pumping nature and you are scared!

lifegoeson wrote: Humper, you really have issues..... the Debenture is convertible on terms as the press release states (everyone knows this, it is a loan with terms), what is nice, those terms can be accelerated to force convertion, and yes, it converts to stock, and for incentive, they provide a kicker. So what is the problem. My opinion or guess, whatever you want, Farshad has likely found a new investor who has been shown EVERYTHING so this person can make an informed decision and make this investment and this is very, very very good for DBV shareholders (we wouldn't be at this price in this market if we had nothing). Always keep an eye on the broader perspectiver, Hump has lost all his money, he has a hate on for Farshad, and I hear rumours that works are in the background to deal with this disgruntled investor.... as Donald would say... you are fired.
