BigBird, I have calculated a net cash position for the last several years
This represents the cash that would be left after converting working capital to cash and paying all debt and other obligations.
The Net Cash was negative 60 million at the end of 2011.
Working Capital
Minus
(All Debt + Pond Rehabilitation + Employee Benefit Liability)
As of Q3 2016, this Net Cash figure was over 63 million (1.28 per share)
So, over a period if 5 years, the company generated enough cash to pay dividends, capital expenditures and increase its net cash position by over $120 million.
The Market is valuing the Land and All fixed Assets at about $12 million
