2017 Annual Meeting

I received the notice of their Annual Meeting coming up on Feb. 27, 2017 via email last night.

I there they say there is going to be a 1-4 consolidation of shares

Does anyone have any experience with consolidations like this and the effect
on the share price ?

Not sure this is going to be good for us shareholders ?
