IMO, the way to initiate change would be for the majority of shareholders to vote against having a board of directors of 4, and to withhold your vote for 1, some or all of the names put forth for the position of Director for the coming year. Management requires shareholder approval every year regarding the structure of the Board and for who will be acting as directors.
