Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:Liberal Cap n TradeYou are corrent WEED does have the same problem and it will affect them all actually when you think about it. I always have loved APH for being a profitable LP. But if Trudeau puts a cap per gram on pot prices for recreational this will really cut into their profits. "Their" being all LP's. As for the Carbon tax being removed on the provincial level I'm sure he'll do the same to whom ever is elected as he did to Saskatchewans Brad Wall and threaten to enforce it on the federal level. He has made it clear everyone will pay this tax and every province will whether they like it or not.
