RE:sirdumpalotsConvertable beneture do not turn into stock shares. Don't be silly. The lender has the option to convert the loan into shares at a predetermined price IF it is in their best interest to do so. Otherwise the loan has to be repaid. So in easy terms the loan can be repaid with shares or cash. But it is still a loan!
