Amplified if they add warrants, which they do normally so add an extra 16.5 million shares assuming there half shares. So that's 49.8 million shares that are going to be added. Bring the total number of shares to 171.8 million outstanding and fully diluted shares. For those new investors. This is how a PP affects the SP. When it's first beginning a PP is seen as a positive thing as it adds capital. Once a company reaches a certain point in there growth. It works against them, as was seems with ACB recently for at least the short term. People talking about APH trading at WEED levels are 100% blowing smoke up your @ss. And will dump this the day after the TSX up listing surge. Weed produces 655k sq feet of weed. Any day now the second facility will be up and aph will be producing 100k Sq feet. Aph has half the market cap that weed does but 1/6 the the production space. Yes. They produce at a lower cost. But that doesn't make up for sheer volume. Do I think the current the APH price is a good one? If you are willing to wait till past April 2019 when the phase 4 is complete. You will definitely earn a 500% return easily by then. I wouldn't expect an annoucment on financing for phase 4 till recreational becomes more clear and phase 2 is already complete. And phase 3 is already fully funded. If you are a short term investor, just wait for the dip. That uptick to the tsx will spike this to probabely 6.50$ then when all the rats jump ship it will plummet back down below 5$. That's where you wanna be. Anyways. I'm sure I'll be bashed. Just my rants as its 11am.l on Saturday and I'm high.
