Next upswing if occur ... should be an important one... as we stand at a very long sideway trend resistance level 15.5¢  that start back in 2013 when SP 1st drop bellow that level...
With  actually good Mthly ind  & osc pointing into positive zone...

I may be wrong but seems like timing could be at rendez-vs
 time will tell ...
