RE:Spin off.....Agree depths, I often wonder why people will give away free money. With these venture exchange stock it happen more time than not. Maybe they should read what Ian Cassels says about investing in micro cap stocks. He is the most successful micro cap investor in the world. What he says we should look for in micro cap investing is 100% of the things happening here. This stock would be what he considers the perfect investment. But you can't tell micro cap investors anything they are an emotional bunch and they like to invest in the latest and greatest "STORY". Case in point, most of the selling here is going over the two pumps of mzi and mym. Sorry to see them go. No big deal the world of micro cap investors is a funny place most like to lose money I guess.
