RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Maceys doesn't need hbcPumpstart, sure they can get the advisors, they can spend another number of years talking about starting a reit or a number of riets, and spending money on it, but the most efficient way to accomplish it is by doing a tie up with Hbc and the problem is solved. Both would be much stronger together, property wise and retail wise.

hbc is in the property management business as much as retail, and We can all agree that Macy's needs to do what Hbc has done. but I believe hbc is the key to making it work in an expedient fashion.
