Will this go above $3.00USD if they hit Q4 earnings?

I've watched this pretty closely for the last year. Management seems to be pretty sure they can hit the Q4 number so the guidance is $53M adjusted EBITDA. In order for them to hit that, they have to do something like ~$40M in adjusted EBITDA in Q4.

Given the decline recently, if Management does hit their Q4 numbers, do people think it'll go back up to $3.00/share? I say $3.00 because at that level, I get ~5x adjusted EBITDA for the year. They're currently at ~3.2x.
