Sale impactSale of the money losing division is a positive but what is the overhead of QIC? How recurring are these advisory fees and mgmt fees? I see maybe $4 million per year in overhead costs. Why not restructure QIC to be a pure operating entity and lose the portfolio mgmt focus. This would get rid of lots of mgmt fees, etc.
