RE:RE:Wow!!!!!
RE:RE:Wow!!!!!I to wonder why the "shareprice rise and fall" based on the news. The key things I take away from this news release is:
- JV history has repeated itself with yet another technology JV program between two companies. No explantion on how the ScanMag fits into the JV equation.
- "BBT and NCM's technical teams will collaborate to enhance each others' respective processes in order to try and achieve successful commercialization for earlier cash flow"
- "NCM will issue 15% of the Company's total common shares issued as of January 1, 2017 to BBT released at increments of 5% per year over a 3 year period. "
- The explicit use of the word "integrity" bothers me. Is there a public mis-perception of NVM not operating in a ethical manner in pursuit of producing cost effective magnesioum? Who's he trying to sell - his conscience, NVM legacy investors or the P&D?
- BBT may have the goods given the terms of the MOU. Given the production costs advertised in the video (single chart), the process maybe superior to NVMs. See next point.
- Show me the business plan that conatins the rational for "Together, our intellectual capital will be used to show how the U.S. can be a leader in production of this industrial light metal."
- Tarriffs, yuan devaluation and offshore production costs will have a bearing on "Americas' goal to repatriate industry to the US from overseas" and " America achieve its goals.". It's one thing to patriate inductry (mfg'ing jobs", it's another thing to move materials mining from cheaper centers. This is wait and see game.
I stand behind my prediction on the ScanMag JV being terminated. How is the JV going to be funded going forward? The extended debenture with unique interest paying clause? I hope BBT can get Phase II funding through a research grant pool.
