What does this mean for NYX?

Don't know how this happened. No reason for an arch competitor to get involved with AYA as well unless they offered something NYX could not. Puzzling to say the least. I understand AYA will get the best breed games wherever they are. AYA is paying NYX $3 MM/Q to develop and grow the AYA casino business. NYX should have shut out any/all competitors in casino with AYA. Is this a salvo against NYX? Tough to imagine as AYA holds a large minority share.

Furthermore, it's time NYX takes over the sportsbetting side of AYA and shuts out any potential competitors on that front. Make a case to AYA that OB will bring in more revenue at less cost (no need for AYA to develop and maintain the sportsbetting platform).

Confused,

sb
