What is Going on With the BXE Board?

What is Going on With the BXE Board?Is that a good thing, to have all these changes?  I know the Board was good at making sure great salaries and bonuses were paid out to the executive team.  But the amount of capital raised at low prices, is a bit concerning.  Clearly they misjudged the prolonged collapse.

The plan will be to consolidate the shares, and try and keep the NYSE listing.  But what good has that really done for us shareholders?  Why to phoney oil companies, that are basically natural gas companies, try to hold on to their NYSE listings?  All it gets them is the right to do more filings with regulatory bodies.
