I think Tom was quoted saying in the news article work would start in feb,  and 15 mil cdn is a huge chunk of a total 35 mil US budget for worldwide explortion, exchange or not, no?  

If they had a 90-100M budget, I might believe they could peel off 15cdn for us poor saps, but at 35M, not so much.

Ekim, your posting here and SI that they still have a month to announce a winter program, while I hope your right, common sense just looking at dates is stretching it a tad IMO now.  Historically, announcements were made in Jan.  

I think were getting close to mission critical in a week to 10 days before we have to assume it is dead.  

Do you really believe they can still put it together and drop the puck logistically speaking in just a few days?  Chidlaik isn't in Sask, Que or Ontario with all the support, I'm not knocking Iqualuit, just being realistic.
