Is Ambatovy so painful for Sherritt SP?

Seems that if Sherritt get off Ambatovy the SP could quickly worth $C 3.
But Ambatovy seems worthwhile according to the operating costs, espacially with the Nickel and Cobalt forecasts. I don't understand why the S's SP should go down if S get off Ambatovy.
