The company has set the foundation to transition to a pure growth player. However, the winter was warmer then expected and the draw on gas reserves is anticipated to be less then originally forecast putting pressure on the the underlying commodity price.

The company has no decernable marketing or IR strategy - it's too defensive.

Your only worth what someone will pay for you and right now the market is unware and uninterested.
