RE:Here is a winter program fact

RE:Here is a winter program factTo determine if there will be a winter program or not you still have to consider the Friedlands' interests. Do they want a mine or do they want to sell the project? All the signs and information point toward a mine. The next question would be what's the advantage of shelving the project then? Why not cough up the money and increase your position at a very good price? Waiting until the very last moment just gives them a chance to maximize their profit. After all they always said they have the intention of going forward with the program, it's not their fault if the market would not believe that.
But a winter program or not, if you want to invest in PGD you have to look at the catalysts that would move the SP. Whatever has been holding it back will not disappear for a while. The Friedlands will still be in control, there will still be a need for big money and the chances of a sale diminish further with a bump in NPV.
You can tout the fundamentals but they mattered very little, even with a PEA to back them. The money has to come from the outside or you are looking at years for a move in price.
