After many years of proofing the product in many countries and on millions of live animals with excellent results Avivagen should not have to do anymore testing unless the test is defined with minimum expected results and immediately followed by  a pre defined product order commitment....period! A chicken is a chicken is a chicken, what difference does the language they cluck in make. So if Groome does not have the confidence to present our offerings with the order caveat there is one of two problems. 
1) Groome does not have faith in the product. 
2) Groome does not have the balls to present professionally.  
Solution is simple Groome resigns or Groome hires a sales director.
