Sweet deal,buy back shares mainly from one of your largest shareholders for $4.00. Let the shares wander lower to, say $3.60, due to lack of direction from management. Let that same shareholder buy back the shares in the open market at that lower price.
Management and board, what was the offer that was rejected. We own the company, not you. How about a little transparency. Let's make sure the rejection wasn't a salary and perk retention plan for you guys.
