Hutchison admitting he is ineffectual. Booting himself to non-executive chairman. Recruiting a super-star SCIENTIST in the field to run the company. Sub-option his options to this person (since they gave all they can out to this board and don't have incentive options left). Check his ego at the door for the good of his millions of shares and the benefit of the company and its shareholders.
