Indians are really worse of the 2.

Their oil fields are depleted and that is why PM told Explorers not to worry about money, go find it and they will help develop it to produce for India, market right at our door step BUT the progress has been DISMAL with Essel.
 They will not talk to the shareholders, must be NEGOTIATING again and again,,,,,,Intellectual properties??
