It was a block trade.done by PI. They were both the seller and the buyer. This type of transaction is done when an institutional investor want to liquidate a position and another buyer is willing to initiate or increase its position in a particular stock. Generally it is done to minimize volatility when a stock is not very liquid. Nothing special to read about it.
