RE:RE:Pretivm Launches Offering of Convertible Senior Subordinated3% dilution to assure enough cash to get through to final commissioning seems like a small price to pay and rather than selling the shares at <$6.00 we will get market price at time of advance of the funds for the conversion price rather than paying back the money. Looks fine to me.
