Also oppression remedy/derivative action Why would you waste shareholders time when it comes to reignwood offer , when they know that reignwood registered in Uk on March 2016 and had no assets and involved Canadian citizens. It wouldn't be hard to prove that Reignwood was registered specifically for Twin Butte energy ltd and is really connected to Twin Butte energy ltd the same management would have still stayed on. What a joke!
