The company did not have an obligation to disclose that our organic certification had been suspended, however, we did remove any reference to Eco-cert certification on our website and we look forward to being recertified for organic product in the near future, after we have finalized our response to the recent recall. Weve enjoyed a long and constructive relationship with Eco-cert, and have worked closely with them as we move through this recall situation. Its important to note that our certification with Eco-cert has been suspended, and not withdrawn. We are actively engaged with Eco-cert now and expect the review of our certification to go very quickly. At Organigram, we take our responsibilities to our clients and shareholders seriously.
