just a newcomer here, and i dont have the grasp of this industry that you and others on here have. Seems though, when i look back on the last 4 or 5 months, that today registers with me as an example of management reaching step 2 below, thats huge IMO.

1. laying out plainly what their vision is
2. successfully laying out the foundation of said vision
3. executing the vision
