Investigation of what? They had to pay constellation 3.2 mil for doing nothing. Thus we see a loss of 6 cents/share. ESW has weaseled their way in here by shorting the hell out of this company for almost a year. Lucas completely mismanaged the company and then bailed himself out by arranging this deal. Now he has the audacity to give that tired old line that customers are delaying their decisions. What a fool this guy is.

As for pulling back on their guidance for 2017, you'll have to wait for the CC to know what that means.
