As stated earlier Blackshire energy ltd did not have an statutory declaration signed with Twin Butte energy ltd in 2013. Instead twin butte energy ltd had their directors create a shell company twin butte acquisitions to reverse merger into blackshire energy ltd. Twin butte energy had to delay ccaa since this 338 million reverse merger would have been questioned big time!
