RE:RE:How many First Nation band own mineral rights on their reserExactly came. There are no First Nation band that own mineral rights to their land. So......anybody who thinks athe musk will be granted ownership of the mineral rights for the potash on their land is dreaming. Can you imagine the precedent it would set. How many other native bands would line up to  acquire the mineral rights on their land. The Feds would never go for it.  JMHO
