directors of twin butte and ccaaCease Trade Orders, Bankruptcies, Penalties or Sanctions Mr. John Brussa was a director of Imperial Metals Limited, a corporation engaged in both oil and gas and mining operations, in the year prior to that corporation implementing a plan of arrangement under the Company Act (British Columbia) and under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada) in 2003, which resulted in the separation of its two businesses and the creation of two public corporations: Imperial Metals Corporation and IEI Energy Inc. (now Rider Resources Ltd.).
