In proir situations when a company that no longer exists, if there are legal liablilites
is deemed responsible , the executives of the proir company are held responsible
and are punished by the law.
CGC woulld have no respnsibility / libility for previous actions of the mettrum executives

Thats like you run someone over and i buy your car, so now im held responsible to pay the injuded parties medical bills
