RE:RE:RE:NORD going privateAlways hard to tell.  Could be a very smart move to try to take the company private when it is potentially undervalued, and that way avoid having to pay too much of a premium to do so.  They wait for markets to get better and pop out with a public offering at a much higher value, and bank the difference.  If you are making money and can afford to buy out your shareholders, worth thinking about.  

As for CGT, interesting observation by the writers over at Caesarsreport is that NORD has never failed to follow through on eventually taking over a company in which they have picked up a notable minority stake.  Whether true or not, seems to hold some water.
