Is a stock issue coming?

Is a stock issue coming?
Based on the way yhtis thing has traded the last couple of months it really seems like someone is trying to keep the stock in the $1.10 -1.15 price range. Everytime there is selling pressure somoene steps in and everytime it tries to run someone dumps stock but in small amounts.

I think it is likely that some sort of equity issue in the $1.10 range seems likely to reduce debt. If so as a current shareholder I will not be happy with the dilution at this share price. I know debt is the primary issue here but why have we not seen improved cost cutting efforts from management? I keep hearing about more senior management being hired but nothing about cost cutting. What is up?

First time poster so two questions for the group. When is the next earning report due? Also has the CEO ruled out further equity raise at these depressed levels?

I am just worried that there is a concerted effort to keep the price at these levels to try and take it private or issue more stock at these reduced prices. Both would be terrible for current shareholders IMO.
