RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Pulled GuidanceAccording to the management circular, Constellation was not willing to do an out-right buy.  I think they were originally going to, but pulled out of that at the last minute.  The Board had to scramble to get Constellation back to the table with the revised preferred share structure as it was.  Without a deal or clearing of the loan, RKN would  have defaulted by end of January, which was the lender's deadline for some sort of deal to be closed without pulling the plug.
