RE:Is a stock issue coming?

RE:Is a stock issue coming? So who is the "someone" in this scenario?

NYX keping their own price down for an issuance makes no sense at all.

So then it is the investment bank/brokerage firm handling the issuance for NYX. They keep the stock down making the issuance go cheap so they can make money on the shares selling them higher but screwing their client by convincing them to issue at a cheap price in the 1st place? No sense at all.

So then insiders must be involved happily letting the issuance go cheap screwing all existing shareholders so they can get cheap shares in the issuance and insider trading basicaly.

Not likley after the Amaya scandall. A lot of people got grilled and scrutinized over that so if that was happening again in an off shoot company of Amaya.... now way.

Can't see this happening.
