Delek Has A Plan B, C, D etc.

Delek Has A Plan B, C, D etc. They are no doubt going to do what it takes to aquire the company. If they see that everyone is rolling over and willing to take the $1.95 offer then plan A worked. If the big houses that have 100,000,000 + shares have a talk with Delek and say we are not voting for this $1.95 offer then Delek will raise the offer to try and bring them on board (how much of a raise is anyones guess).
If another company wants to look at the books because they are expressing interest in making an offer and then make an offer then Delek will look long and hard at this as they can match or even make an even better offer. I mean the list goes on of possible outcomes.
Delek may decide that a no vote is in the cards and just not increase the offer?
Delek has played their hand very well so far and they are ready for all different outcomes.
The worst for Delek would be another cash offer from someone big. That would send the stock up hard as then everyone knows that Delek has the choice of matching (no shareholders will go for that) or paying even more (all remaining shareholders would love that)?? This could easily get out of hand in a hurry for Delek.
The big houses and us little guys that together own 10's of millions of shares can make a huge difference to the outcome.
Like I said the first pitch in this game has been thrown by Delek, they are awaiting the ball back from us. Let's make it a fastball right down the pipes!!
