Was your statment : basically you are tipping, which is a criminal offence in Quebec, you are saying with certainty that CIA will announce  a major offtake,

Where are seeing with certainty that CIA will annonce a major offtake?
Rumour was brought by worker at the plant not me - can be only a rumour.

Rumour was circulation in MTL last summer that NMX had meeting with Apple and the former vp of Tesla now with Apple - I bought NMX on those rumour - It is name speculation.

Then I will call the company to report you, because if you are working for the company , they will be criminally charged also. 
if you don't like NMX, stay away from this board, all I know is that last year at this time NMX was trading at 37 cents and Friday it closed at 1.44, you wouldn't know what a real company looks like because you always work for pump and dumps. 
If you wanted to post about CIA you should do that on the CIA board.
i looked at your Linkedin site and it shows another scam you were involved in, you brought investors to FAS, and less than 1 year later it filed for bankruptcy, I guess you forgot to mention this, when you were bragging about all your other pump and dumps. 
I think you bought shares of CIA, and then you started spreading rumours and insider information so you can profit, I am sure the AMF will have fun with this, then you write on the NMX board to attempt to convert NMX shareholders to CIA shareholder, both the AMF and CIA will be informed on Monday morning.
