I guess you just have prove in classaction that director in class actions with other corporations since dec 2015 and feb 2016 to sep 2016 which resulted in twin butte being put on back burner when ccaa should have been started in say 2015 dec it was stalled since busy director too busy for twin butte and twin butte didnt care. Result was reignwood a no asset company in uk registered in march 2016 to solve problem and to defleck director already in ccaa with other company so have to keep shareholders and debendures busy with reignwood. They kept twin butte shareholders busy till sep 2016 when argent energy ccaa was done. Sep 2016 now time for twin butte and no ccaa at exact same time wuth other corporations. Plus argent trust in ccaa never disclosed to twin butte energy shareholders till 4 months after all other corporation director was on already know through disclosures.
