Sorry l hope it was but for sure not same agreement. In dec 2015 someone made alot of money who owned shares of long run and bought it for 16 cents when they were down fir a few days and a week later a company was registered and offered to buy long run for 52 cents. Like l said someone other than investors made alot of money from this someone who knew about the company just registered as a corporation making a offer.if this wasnt done another ccaa delay would have happened too much ccaa for one director at the same time.
